Vittorio Massone was appointed Director and Vice President of Alkemy S.p.A.

Manager with deep experience in transforming business models of important companies both in Italy and abroad, Vittorio Massone has become the new Director of Alkemy S.p.A., a leading company in the business model evolution of large and medium-sized companies. With the favorable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Boards of Directors appointed him as well as Vice President and gave him specific powers for Business and Corporate Development. Alkemy is listed on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) – STAR Segment of Borsa Italiana, and was previously on the AIM Italia (ticker: ALK).
Vittorio Massone received his appointment after Matteo de Brabant announced to resign from the office of Non-executive Director of the Company, as well as from Member of the Remuneration Committee, due to further professional commitments. The appointment of the new Director is part of the new industrialization phase of Alkemy, which announced the recent reorganization of its corporate structure into the business units of “consulting & performance”, “brand experience”, “tech” and “data & analytics”. An expert in business, digital, and in supporting the digital transformation of traditional companies, the manager will help Alkemy in carrying out its activities towards the big clients the company works with, supporting the whole team in achieving new growth objectives and facing new challenges, such as those deriving from the recent transition of Alkemy to the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana’s Main Market.
Graduated in Economics at the Sapienza University of Rome, and earned an MBA at the Bocconi University of Milan, Vittorio Massone has over 25 years of experience in strategic consultancy. In 1994 he joined Bain & Company, a company he was a partner in since 1999 and Director since 2004. After gaining deep experience in the advisory business, he became a leading figure in the fields of telecommunications, media/entertainment, digital, industrial services, government, and automotive, and this gave him the opportunity to work with top-level clients. In 2010 he moved to Johannesburg and joined Bain & Company Africa, holding the position of Managing Partner until 2018. He relaunched the company’s operations in the region and brought the team up to 200 members, opening a new office in Nigeria and supporting as well several other companies in African countries. While in South Africa, he was also Member of the Board, and then President of the American Chamber of Commerce in South Africa, as well as Member of the Council of the Business Leadership South Africa. He is currently dedicated to supporting the digital transformation processes of important traditional companies, and to facilitating the growth and development of “digital native” companies.
